Hi Illoyd, First check the fuse. Check the circuit breaker on the furnace. To check the relay- Check for 12V at the circuit breaker terminal (angled terminal \ black wire)on the relay, close the thermostat contacts, check 12V to the thermostat terminal (straight-blue wire)on relay, after 20 seconds you should have power to the motor terminal (angled / red wire) on the relay and the motor should run. If it doesn't it's probably a bad motor if you have power to it. To check the thermostat- disconnect the two thermostat wires going into the furnace (small/blue or red and white) and hold them together and see if the furnace runs. If it does, probably a bad thermostat. Good luck.
