I HAVE RANGER 4 BY 4 AS DRIVING DOWN ROAD THE 4 BY 4 LIGHT AND LOW LIGHT FLASH

The blinking lights indicate a failure mode either in the 4WD controller box or the transfer case shift motor. The controller box has a self test, so if it passes, the fail is in the transfer case shift motor. Hope that helps!
