Water drips out of a tube about mid way down the coach on the drivers side but i can not find any kind of valve my fresh water holding tank will drain in a day?

Those were called "Low point drain valves" they are obsolete--some had small ring you pulled up some had "T" handle---look under the reefer or a drawer -take the valve metal clip out---pull/twist and it will come apart---replace the _o_ring-a dab vasoline-put it back together put metal clip back in---it shoule be fine for more years--unless it froze and cracked rich in Va.
