Post New Message Pulling the radiator out of a super duty chassis is exactly like pulling a radiator out of a van. The trick is going to be removing the fan and shroud first and then getting the hoses and trans cooler lines out of the way. The access panel is right over the radiator and you'll need to remove the fan and shroud completely to get enough wiggle room to remove the radiator. 9 times out of 10, the fan is left hand thread, but it should be marked.
