1994 Ford F-53 chassis radiator removal DJ 2-1-09
Hello,

I can't figure out how the radiator is supposed to be removed from my Rexhall Aerobus. Does it come out from the bottom of the chassis? I searched the net for hours and found no info on the subject.
Thanks.

Pulling the radiator out of a super duty chassis is exactly like pulling a radiator out of a van. The trick is going to be removing the fan and shroud first and then getting the hoses and trans cooler lines out of the way. The access panel is right over the radiator and you'll need to remove the fan and shroud completely to get enough wiggle room to remove the radiator. 9 times out of 10, the fan is left hand thread, but it should be marked.

Hope that helps!
