Dometic 4 button to 5 button Comfort Control Randy Molitor 11-6-08
I have a 2000 Dolphin with 579 front and rear A/C w/furnaces. The Comfort Control Center no longer displayed the furnace on Zone 1. I ordered the 5 button Upgrade kit #3310014.000 and an additional Control Box # 3106481.009. Total cost from Camping World:$368.40. Installation was a snap. Took about 1 1/2 hours. All you need is a Phillips screw driver, side cutters and a few wire twists.

All works perfect now.

I'm doing a 4 button to 5 button change out also. I have a 98 Nation Tropical. It has two AC units. My electric kit numbers are 3109226.005. Everything is going good except that I don't understand the freeze control sensor. It says in the instructions to stick the new sensor in the evaporator fins. It says to remove the old one. The old one is in some type of potted connection and I don't know how to remove it. Did you run into this problem or do you know anything about this situation? The instructions are vague.
