Hydro flame furnace	don	7-27-08
We have a dc82 furnace that does not ignite. the fan blows, and the gas valve appears to open, it has a replacement dinosaur board, the green light is lit when the fan is on and changes to red when the gas valve opens but will not ignite. any help?

Hi Don, You might want to look for an obstruction somewhere. Such as a mud dauber or wasp nest inside the furnace burner or exhaust area. They can cause this situation. If the gas valve is in fact opening and you are getting a spark, this is where I'd look first. Good luck!
