Post New Message First, reset the circuit logic by holding the top and bottom buttons down and click the switch to ON. If FF appears, all is OK. If EE appears you have a break in the cable or the connectors between the thermostat and the air conditioner. Read the installation instructions and be sure the cable is in the same sequence on each end at the RJ11 connectors. - NOT opposite like a cable from radio shack (The most common mistake) WH
