It doesn't sound like the switches are jammed or broken, it sounds like they are momentary switches and you probably have intellitec water pump control somewhere in the coach. This is so that you can turn the water pump on from several places within the coach. You may have a blown fuse or a bad control board. Start with the pump first, if you have a battery, then hook the red lead from the pump to the positive and the black to negative and see if the pump comes on. If it does, then the problem is somewhere else. Check for power to the switches, trace back to the control board. Good luck, problems like this can be a pain.
