Hey Guys: I turn the circuit on the furnace on and then then set the thermostat to high. Nothing happens. I notice a red blinking light every 3 seconds or so. I at a loss to explain why nothing is happening. Please help. BTW its a 2002 Hyrdo Flame 7916. Thanks, Claude

My Hydro flame furnace will not start,no noise or any thing. Is it hard to remove so i can take it to a local dealer?

If you have an LP detector make sure it is on and operating correctly or you will not get any Propane out of your tank. It is a safty thing..

That blinking light signifies a fault code.There is usually a sticker on the motor that tells what the fault is by the number of times that the light blinks.You might need to get a manual for the model you have to get the codes.If you let me know how many times the light blinks i might be able to tell you what the problem is.

You might also want to look inside the panel which is on the outside of the RV 9exaust panel). Check for a reset switch mounted near the top, it trips sometimes if there is a problem starting and if you push it up to reset, it might solve the problem.

I have a Hydro flame furncae model 7916 in a 94 S7S truck camper. It will not light. I have changed the ignitor and spaced it 3/16" from the burner and from the ground rod. I have replaced the circut board and the gas valve.I have changed the regulator at the tank! It still will not light how ever if I disconect the combustion air tube it will light right away and then when I put the tube back on it it burns fine. With the combustion tibe conected it will not light for some reason. I have also check the gas pressure at the furnace and it is at 11" wc. Why does it still not light?
