Beaudry RV Sold us a Used 5th Wheel as New Barbara C 9-29-07  
Beaudry RV Chandler AZ sold us a 5th wheel that their salesman had lived in at the quartzsite show for 4 months, cleaned it up and sold it to us as new. They do this all the time apparently. They believe that as long as it has never been registered, it can be considered new! It has so many problems too. They should never be allowed to do this. Many people have had problems with this company. Service with us and them has been a major major issue as nothing has been fixed either. We have been fighting for what we paid for, a new unit, but in the meantime, items should be fixed to even make this liveable!

We bought a 2006 fifth wheel from Beaudry rv in phoenix, their service sucks! we took our truck in to have a fifth wheel hitch installed it should have taken 4 hours it took 10 hours to do and they plus they had the fifth wheel charged all day long and when we took it to go camping that night the batteries were DEAD, they needed to change the charger was no good, the steps kept coming out of their locked place, the sink leaked, it was one problem after another, This is common for ALL FRV DEALERS they just want to make a sale
