Water lines by June Wallace

My 5th wheel has been in storage for almost a year. I have it out now and to begin with, the water was very dirty coming from the faucet. This is not from my fresh water tank but from a city water hook up. Having never stored the trailer this long before, I never had this problem. It started running clear after a I ran it for maybe 5 gallons. Is the water safe after a few days of running clear or do I need to somehow flush the lines? Thanks for the help.
