Re: Soon to be Newbie Fulltimer by hlaugh
Post New Message Hi Renee; Tx is another state that lots of folks use as a home base. Escapees club is located in Longview, Tx and they provide many good services for fultimers such as a home campground to park and mail delivery. Also no state income tax and can sometimes claim homestead exemption. There are lots of good used coaches here as well, no salt damage or frozen pipes. Check out Good Sams Club, they offer excellent road service, insurance and many other benefits for RVr's and have an excellent forum where you will get lot's of help and and answers to your questions. Have Fun and let me know where your camped sometime, I'd like to meet you.
