	You can have either or both. Many motor homes have both as purchased. Almost every motor home has propane as an installed unit. You can easily install a 120v electric heating element so it will heat the water when the generator is running or you are hooked up to shore power. Stop at Camping World and they'll tell you all about it. Yes it can be done and it can be done by you or a technician.
