Hi Nat
There may be dump station at interstate rest aera, or you will need a macerator pump & dump in the drain's clean-out of a building or house (with permission of the owner). A sewage manhole in a street can be use, but you have to know how to pull & put the cover back, and not all city like the idea of a non-employe messing with those cover.
An other option is a portable tank on wheel, but that may be as trouble as moving the RV!
